Before joining with us you’ll be brought through a 1:1 consultation. In this consultation you’ll be given a tour of the gym, an optional Inbody scan, a training session to bring you up to speed, and a Q&A to finish. The consultation allows us to personalise your training sessions every time you book in for a training session.

WE ARE HERE EVERY STEP OF THE WAY

After you book in a training session, when you arrive through the door you’ll be met by your coach. They will talk you through your session before coaching you through your warm up, strength training block, and fitness block at the end of your session.
