This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies this website uses, and how you control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work; others help us understand how the site is used. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.
Our approach
Nothing except the record of your cookie choice is set until you choose. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject the rest, and rejecting is as easy as accepting. Our enquiry forms work either way.
Necessary
Used to remember your cookie choice. This can’t be switched off, as it’s what makes the choice stick.
| Name | Duration | Description |
|---|---|---|
| s2s-cookie-consent | 12 months | Stored in your browser’s local storage. Remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies. Contains no personal information. |
Analytics (only if you accept)
Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages they look at and how they found us. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
| Name | Duration | Description |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | 2 years | Set by Google Analytics to distinguish visitors. |
| _ga_* | 2 years | Set by Google Analytics to keep track of a visit. |
Marketing (only if you accept)
Our booking system, Fitness Marketing Suite (built on HighLevel / LeadConnector), uses its own tracking to record which pages you visit and which advert or link brought you here, so we can see which of our adverts lead to enquiries.
| Provider | Duration | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Fitness Marketing Suite (LeadConnector) | Set by LeadConnector | Recognises a returning visitor and links visits and adverts to an enquiry. |
Other services that don’t set cookies
Our videos are hosted on this website, not YouTube. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s address to deliver them but doesn’t set cookies. Links to Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp take you to those services, where their own policies apply.
Manage cookie preferences
You can change your choice at any time with the button above, or with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings:
