Health and fitness information

The information on this website is general. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace advice from your doctor or physiotherapist. If you have an injury, a medical condition or any doubt about whether exercise is right for you, talk to your doctor before you start, and tell your coach.

Your First Week Free

Your First Week Free is for new members. It starts with a 1-1 Strategy Session, after which you can book sessions for your first week. There’s no obligation to join afterwards. We may change or end the offer at any time, but this won’t affect a free week you’ve already booked.

Membership

Membership, payment, cancellation and session-booking terms are agreed separately when you join, and those terms apply to your membership.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, the details you provide must be your own and accurate. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Member stories

The stories on this website are real members’ own experiences, shared with their permission. Everyone starts from a different place, and individual results vary.

Accuracy

We keep this website up to date, but session times, prices and other details can change. Please check with us before relying on them.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including text, photos, videos and the Strength2Strength name and logo, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reuse it without our written permission.
