Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the business, who may use it only on our instructions:
- Fitness Marketing Suite (built on HighLevel / LeadConnector): our CRM and booking system, where enquiries and member records are kept
- Google: website analytics, if you accept cookies
- Meta: WhatsApp, if you message us there
- Vercel: hosting for this website
- Payment providers, when you pay for membership
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or to a new owner if the business is ever sold.
Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers are based in, or use servers in, the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries from people who don’t join: up to 2 years after we last heard from you
- Member records, including health information: for as long as you’re a member and up to 2 years afterwards
- Financial records: 6 years, as Irish tax law requires
After that we delete your information or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect anything we did before. To use any of these rights, email hello@strength2strength.ie. We’ll reply within one month.
To stop marketing messages, reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, though we’d appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our providers do the same. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee it.
